National Property Exchange (Spring’s former name) faced challenges with its outdated brand and website, despite being an early market entrant. To drive growth, it was crucial to shift customer perception from viewing it as a subpar option to recognising it as the clever way to sell.

SOLUTION

A comprehensive rebrand was necessary. The process began by defining the vision, centred on 'Freedom’. ​

The name 'Spring' naturally emerged, leading to the creation of a fresher, more modern brand identity. We then implemented the new brand across various channels, including a revamped website featuring new content like instant valuation tools and multimedia elements.

Since the relaunch, business has flourished, with the client feeling they now operate in a different league compared to their competitors. The transformation has positioned Spring Property Exchange as a forward-thinking leader in the property market.​
